The platform

What is Joinfinity?

Joinfinity brings commerce and community onto one platform. Businesses run their operations and sell — tickets, menus, products, bookings and memberships — from one dashboard. People discover places, events and activities. Partners and collaborators connect offers across businesses. Payments go to your own payment accounts, money lands bank-direct, and the platform's fee applies per supported transaction.

Who is Joinfinity for?

Three audiences, one platform: businesses run and grow their organisations; visitors find places, events and activities; partners — performers, promoters and collaborators — get discovered, promote offerings and participate across businesses.

Built for your kind of business

Which business types does Joinfinity support?

Events & Festivals: ticketing, scheduling, tiered access, artist contracts, promoter network. Restaurants & Food: menus, QR ordering, kitchen display, table service, deals. Studios, Spaces & Organisations: spaces and resources, schedules, bookings, memberships, capacity pricing. Other Businesses: the general commerce setup with the capabilities that apply.

What can a restaurant or café run on Joinfinity?

Merchants publish menus with options, run order-ahead with pickup numbers and ETAs, use QR table ordering with tab sessions closed and paid at the table, and run the kitchen from a display board with pre-time estimates. Deals, vouchers and time-window pricing work on the same menus.

What can an event or festival run on Joinfinity?

Festivals sell tiered passes with early-bird and fill pricing, run the programme with spaces and rooms, book artists with signed contracts, grow sales through promoter codes with automatic commission calculation, run check-in and door scans, and offer organiser-sanctioned resale.

What can a studio, space or organisation run on Joinfinity?

Capabilities

How do customers discover my listings?

Businesses get a storefront with menus, events and bookable items; directory listings group places and events; the browse page covers what's on, things to do, rentals and products with place and date filters. Every listing carries a short link you can share.

How do bookings and resources work?

Resources carry capacity and slot windows; pricing rules can respond to time windows (early-bird, happy hour) and fill (price drops as slots fill, rises as they empty). Bookings validate capacity at checkout; cart holds keep the last seats from double-selling.

How do memberships and loyalty work?

Plans carry price, billing interval and credit payloads (credits per period usable on your storefront). Recurring plans charge a saved card automatically; buyers can cancel from their wallet. Loyalty points accrue on purchases and redeem as you configure.

What can the AI actually do today?

Live: AI support for customers with human handover (on Pro and up, with an included monthly case allowance), BYOK on Scale and up, dynamic pricing rules, product recommendations and crowd-powered event features. The assistant you're talking to is part of that: it answers from the approved product guide, never from guesses.

What is an alliance membership (shared plans across businesses)?planned

The idea: independent businesses combine offerings into shared plans. One membership could cover classes at Studio A, training at Studio B and workshops at Business C — so a member gets more places to belong and participating businesses reach each other's customers. The plan defines who participates, what benefits carry across, and how money splits.

Shared plans are a planned capability — not purchasable today. The page explains the model; register your interest and we'll involve interested businesses first.

Plans, fees and payments

What does Joinfinity cost?

Starter (free): sell anything, platform fee 2.5% + S$0.50 per sale. Pro (S$69/mo): lower fees, AI support included. Scale (S$199/mo): the lowest fees plus the festival/organisation operational depth. Enterprise: bespoke terms. Paid plans carry a monthly fee-free sales allowance, and every new account gets its first 1,000 sales fee-free on top — the always-current numbers are on the pricing page.

Fee shapes may update over time — the pricing page (base-plans) is the always-current source; amounts the assistant quotes can lag.

Are there fees on PayNow?

PayNow is a bank-direct rail: the buyer pays the merchant's own UEN and the money never sits with the platform. Because of that there's nothing to skim — no platform fee, no processing cut. Card sales carry the plan's platform fee.

How do I set up PayNow?

The generated mailbox address <prefix>@payments.joinfinity.ai receives the bank's payment-alert emails; matching against open orders is automatic once your bank sends those alerts (UOB and Maybank are wired). Without the bank alerts you can still confirm payments manually.

How do I set up card payments (Stripe)?

You can keep a sandbox and a live account connected at the same time and pick which one takes payments. Card money never routes through Joinfinity's account. Saved cards power auto-renewal on membership plans.

Getting started

How do I get started as a merchant?

Go to the onboarding page and enter your email (a code verifies it, no password needed). Answer a few questions about what you sell. You'll be set up with a workspace and can explore everything on the starter plan; the first 1,000 sales carry no platform fee — every account gets that.

What do I set up to make my first sale?

From the dashboard: add products or menus, set prices (with time windows if you want), choose your currency, connect PayNow (SGD) and/or Stripe, and publish. Your storefront gets a short link you can put anywhere.

Some features need a conversation — which?

If you need consolidated multi-organisation commercial terms, API access for systems integration, an AI support assistant running on a custom model, or you want to shape alliance shared plans, contact the team — everything else is self-serve on the plans page.

What's live vs planned

Is Joinfinity live? What's live today vs planned?

Live today: self-serve onboarding, the full commerce stack (menus, tickets, products, bookings), memberships, PayNow and card payments, vouchers, group deals, promoter codes, AI support and assistant capabilities on the plans that carry them. Planned, marked as such everywhere: alliance shared plans (shared memberships across independent merchants). Enterprise-only: API access, custom AI models and white-label runs are being delivered for Enterprise — talk to us before relying on them.

Privacy and payments

What does Joinfinity do with customer data?

Purchases attach to the email used at checkout. Businesses see the data needed to run the business (orders, attendance). Privacy controls group discovery surfaces: nothing is public until you opt in. Emails carry unsubscribe links; marketing is opt-in.

This is a summary — the privacy hub and the merchant's own privacy terms carry the full detail.

Is payment information stored on Joinfinity?

Money moves on the payment rails themselves: PayNow transfers go bank-direct to the merchant's own account (bank-direct end-to-end), card charges run inside the merchant's Stripe account. Joinfinity keeps order records and payment references, never card numbers.

Where to go next

How do I get help?

What is Crowd-DJ?

Crowd-DJ runs the dance floor: attendees request and vote on songs, the room votes and the mix adapts live, and the DJ sees top picks in real time. It plugs into ticketed events on the platform and carries its own product page (dj.joinfinity.ai).

More questions

What's the difference between Business and Discover?

Business (joinfinity.ai) explains the platform, the plans and how to run operations and commerce. Discover (party.joinfinity.ai) is where people explore places, events and activities, find partners and join things. Accounts are shared — you can be both.
