One person. Multiple bookable acts.
One connected calendar.
Organise your bookable work under one business account. Create separate resources for solo acts, partner performances, private classes and more. Bookings automatically update availability wherever commitments overlap.
Works for solo operators and growing teams alike.
One business. Many ways to be booked.
Every staff member has a resource group for their different bookable offerings.

Solo acts, partner performances, private classes — separate bookable resources with their own settings.
Shared commitments stay in sync
A booking updates the staff-level calendar, so overlapping work cannot slip through.
Even if you're a team of one, you still run your work through a Joinfinity business account. Start with yourself, create the bookable offerings you need, and add staff or partners as your business grows. Shared or partner acts can involve several staff members — their availability is respected together.
Shared acts connect two calendars.

Who is Joinfinity for?
Different ways of working. One flexible platform.
Solo operators
One person, many bookable offerings.
A solo act, private classes, coaching — each is its own bookable resource under your account.
Partner acts
One bookable act involving partners.
The duo or group books as one unit, with every participant's availability respected.
Instructors
Private lessons, classes and workshops.
Teaching slots price by time, sit behind lead times, and stay clear of your blackouts.
Creative businesses
Multiple staff and multiple offerings.
Each staff member carries their own resource group; the business coordinates all of them.
How do people find and book me?
Your business profile carries your disciplines, genres and format — the same tags event pages filter by. Availability and bookable resources are yours to open and close.
The tag-filtered directory browser is rolling out. Today your business profile, availability and booking management are live.
How do I manage my time and rates?
Open the bookable resources you want to sell, set the rules, and let the platform do the arithmetic.
Availability windows
Weekly windows and bookable slots — open Friday nights, close Sunday mornings.
Lead times
Minimum notice per booking, so last-minute requests stop surprising you.
Blackouts & imports
Import the calendars you keep; blackouts carry over automatically.
Time-based pricing
Prime-time rates, off-peak pricing, early-book discounts — per resource.
Example: Friday and Saturday slots at prime rates, weekday teaching at standard rates, and the week you are away blacked out — configured once.
How do I protect the booking?
Agree the terms, sign them, and keep the record where the event lives.
Revisions
Every change is a numbered snapshot — the accepted terms are what was signed.
E-signatures
Both parties sign the same revision, from their own screens.
Payment schedule
Deposit and milestones on the contract, paid per the agreed ladder.
What Joinfinity records: the terms, the signatures and the schedule. What stays between the parties: anything you agree off-platform — the contract still records it.
One booking, end to end.

What happens as I grow?
Start as a team of one. Add a partner and the act becomes a brand with members. Add teaching slots, classes and regular event work. When you need ticketing, products or a full storefront, the same account already runs them — no migration, no second platform.
The business tools stay one click away: how businesses sell on joinfinity.
Questions talent ask.
Do I need a team to use Joinfinity?
No. Joinfinity works for one-person businesses too. You operate through a business account, even if you're the only staff member. You can organise your bookable offerings under your own resource group and add staff or partners when you need them.
Can I offer different services from the same account?
Yes. You can organise different bookable offerings under the relevant staff member's resource group — solo performances, partner acts, private lessons and classes. Each resource can follow the configuration supported for that offering.
How does Joinfinity prevent double-booking?
When a booking creates a commitment, the platform updates the relevant availability and blocks overlapping commitments where the same staff member or other required resources are needed. The result is a connected scheduling experience rather than isolated calendars for each offering.
Can a partner act and a solo act be booked independently?
Yes — different offerings book separately, while shared staff commitments stay coordinated across them. Where an act needs several people, every participant's availability is respected.
Is it free to create a talent profile?
Yes. Creating an account, listing your act or services and managing your availability is free. Paid plans add scale — more staff, more advanced pricing and higher plan limits.
Does Joinfinity guarantee me bookings?
No — and be wary of any platform that does. Joinfinity gives you the professional tooling: discoverable profiles, bookable time, contracts and payment schedules. The bookings come from your work and your audience.
Can I work with clients outside Joinfinity?
Yes. Paper deals are supported — the contract records the agreed terms either way, and off-platform payments sit outside the platform's rails.
What fees apply, and when am I paid?
Platform fees follow your plan and the standard fee schedule — the same rules every business on joinfinity runs. Payment timing follows the schedule on each contract: deposit, milestones and final settlement as agreed.
Who owns the relationship with the client?
You do. Joinfinity records the terms and keeps the paperwork; the relationship stays between you and your client.
What happens if a booking changes or is cancelled?
Agreed changes are recorded as contract revisions. Cancellation terms ride the contract too — whatever the two sides signed is what applies.
