dynamic pricing & group deals
Price it like you mean it.
Time windows, fill drops and ratio balancing — the rules run on every checkout the same way. And when you want the crowd itself to unlock the price, group deals do that too.
Three ways to move a price.
Rules set once, applied to every cart. Plan gates shown per mode.
Time windows
Price by the clock.
Early-bird windows, happy-hour pricing, door prices, off-peak rates. Each window carries its own price; when it ends, the next one applies automatically — configured once, applied to every cart.
e.g. Early-bird $25 until the Friday before — standard $30 at the door.
Fill-based pricing
Price by how it sells.
Demand-priced drops and climbs: as stock fills (or empties) past your thresholds, the price steps for the next buyer. You set the staircase; the engine takes it from there.
e.g. First 50 seats at full price — the price drops 10% for the next 50 as the room fills.
Ratio balancing
Price by the mix.
Keep the room balanced: lead and follow passes, paired inventory or any two-sided stock — when one side sells ahead of the other, pricing shifts to pull it level. The example the dance world reads instantly: keep Lead/Follow sales even.
e.g. Lead passes selling faster? Follow passes carry the discount until the ratio balances.
Gates follow your plan: time windows run on every tier including Starter; fill and ratio rules unlock on Scale. Compare plans →
group deals
Let the crowd unlock the price.
Set a group deal on any product: the deal gets better as more people commit — 10% off at five buyers, 20% at ten — with a close date. Nothing is taken until the deal closes; the price applies automatically. Available on every plan.
Set the staircase
Pick the product, the buyer counts and the discounts. Five buyers unlock one tier, ten the next — you decide.
They commit together
Optionally hold each buyer's card at commitment time — captured only when the deal closes at a tier. Unmet minimums release everyone.
Close, and price applies
At close the achieved tier locks in and every buyer checks out at the group price — automatically, no coupon juggling.
And here's the part other platforms can't do: your group deals surface on the party side of the network — where people already plan together. The matching engine and event chats are what assemble the very groups that fill your deal.
See how the party side fills them →One inventory, one pricing engine — early-bird, happy-hour, capacity and fill discounts across everything you sell.
