selling with joinfinity
Sell what you offer.
One connected selling system for different product types — including combinations of products and entitlements in one offer. Every type below is the same cart item for your customer, whether it admits, books, cooks, ships or renews.
01 · Product type
Tickets, from pre-sale to the door
One product, one cart line — it issues the ticket assets. Single passes or packs; every ticket carries its own QR for the door scan.
Example
Weekend Pass
Product → 1× ticket asset · QR at the door
Family Pack
Product → 2× Adult + 2× Child · each with a door QR
02 · Product type
Slots, courts and resources
Take bookings against opening hours and capacity — confirmed instantly.
Example
Court slot
90 min · Confirmed
Studio room
Thursday slot · Booked
03 · Product type
Made to order, straight to the counter
Meals and prepared items reach the kitchen screen the moment they are ordered — then sent to the table in a session, or collected by QR at the counter.
Example
Lunch pack
Product → 1× prepared asset · kitchen makes it, collection QR or table service
Iced latte
Order · ready for pickup
04 · Product type
Stock on the shelf, tracked to the sale
Sell merch and stocked goods with every unit accounted for — collection carries its own QR.
Example
Event tee
Product → 1× stock asset · collection QR at the desk
Cap
Sold at the counter
05 · Product type
First booking, then repeat visits
Memberships, class passes and store credits keep customers coming back.
Example
Studio membership
Issues 1× period credit · Monthly · active
Store credit
Redeemable on anything you sell
06 · Combos
One product, several assets
A combo is still one item in the cart — the VIP Bundle issues three assets, each delivered its own way: pass scanned at the door, tee collected by QR, drink sent to your table.
Example
VIP Bundle · one product · one cart item
Adult pass
Ticket · QR at the door
T-shirt
Physical · Collect by QR at the merch desk
Drink
Prepared · Sent to your table
Three assets, three deliveries — one price at checkout
